The ability to jump vertically is critical to most sports, so it’s a valuable asset for all young athletes to possess. By bulletproofing your ankles, knees and learning the movements that are necessary for your sport, you will transform your vertical jump.
Follow through 8 weeks of training with 4 sessions per week, to achieve the results you have always wanted… that’s over 24 hours of handpicked exercises to help you maximise your vertical gains!
Each exercise is equipment free and comes with instructions and videos showing the proper form for each movement.
My Name is James Asensi, Head coach of ‘Asensi Elite Training’ I started my basketball career at a young age and played through until the present.
My playing career had its fair shares of ups and downs, from never making it to a division 1 Representative side to making metropolitan teams and a well respected high school career.
Following high school I continued to play for Manly Warringah in youth league and further to Waratah League mens. I was also Training with the Sydney kings on and off for a couple of years.
I found a big gap within junior basketball and physical preparation in the basketball scene. Using my love for the game as well as fitness in general I completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science at ACU: Strathfield.
Through these experiences I Created Asensi Elite Training to keep basketball athletes injury free, learn their bodies and movement, program and train the athletes to reach their full potential and increase their basketball ability.
